Nyra was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She made answered all of my questions and took her time explaining things to me during my virtual tour. The apartments are nice and they have nice appliances. Everything is up to date and the location and amenities are a extra bonus.

I love living here. I live in the first floor with vaulted 16 feet ceilings and giant windows—highly recommend. The interior is expertly designed, the amenities excellent, and the neighborhood can’t be beat. The promotions were clearly explained to me and I’ve been overall super satisfied with my lease. There are some reviews about them not accepting online payments. Thats completely false. I pay online every month with an easy-to-use resident app.

NoDa is such a great place to live! I've lived at bb noda a little over a year and have loved it! The amenities are first class, the staff is great, and the location can't be beat; the area is quiet, but you are close enough to all the best spots in NoDa and the rest of Charlotte. It is by far my favorite apartment complex I have lived in and I am so glad I chose this property when I relocated to Charlotte.

I have a couple of corporate units at this property and may I say Bainbridge Noda is an absolute beauty. The apartment itself, the amenities, and let's get into the staff! Marc and his team go above and beyond to make sure your leasing experience is seamless, and the customer service is unmatched. I look forward to the resident events and i am very happy with my decision to lease here.

We are so happy we moved to these apartments! John was such an amazing help and super patient with us while we chose which apartment we wanted. He was also so quick to help when we needed something done at the apartment. Nyra was also so sweet! She helped us through the application process and was super patient with all our questions. We LOVE how nice the apartment is and how friendly everyone is in the office.
